Dr. Paul F. Barber: “The August 14, 2003 Blackout …What Happened?” 

Dr. Barber was on the US-Canada Power System Outage Task Force that prepared the Interim Report on the blackout. He is also the Vice Chair of the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC) and a consultant to the Power Industry.

Dorothy Small: “Responding to Anthrax Attacks - Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow." 

Ms. Small, a Senior Consultant, Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. developed the methods used in the cleanup of two anthrax-contaminated post offices.
